Trendy Beach Must-Haves with Chic Galleria

I’m always happy when the temperature starts rising and I can actually lounge on the beach. The beach is definitely a place to relax, but you might as well look good while you’re at it. Take this year’s summer trends and show them off walking on the sand or splashing in the water.

Ruffles are in for all kinds of body types. I especially like wearing ruffle bikini tops because I have a smaller chest and they make my bust look fuller. Also, ruffles are great in a one-piece suit to hide the tummy you are working hard to burn off this summer. Whatever the case, ruffles are fashion-forward and look great on the beach and off, so look for ways to use them to spice up your daily wardrobe.

It’s the beach, ditch the heels and boots you’ve been wearing all winter and pick up a trendy but comfy flat sandal. Maybe one with a braid decal, to match the trendy braid in your summer up-do. Since you’re showing off your toes in open-toed sandals, you may want to get your mani/pedi on! A mint-colored nail polish looks fabulous on your fingers and toes. Mint is the color of the season, everyone’s talking about it!

If you feel a little too naked going all-natural without any makeup on, pick up some great waterproof mascara. Let your lashes stand out, you never know who you’ll need to bat them at. Oh but ladies, don’t forget sunscreen! We wouldn’t want you looking like a lobster in these summer trends. Wear a floppy sun hat for extra protection and style. Time to say good-bye to fedoras and bring back a classic hat for the sun.
